Rims and Lowering Help

  172 Cup SOLD

Hi, im hopefully getting my 172 mk1 soon and wanted it as close to the floor as poss, but not compromising driveability, on coilovers, will prob get 17" wheels (although not sure for def!), what would be the ideal offset i would need for the wheels and how low could i prob go, with correct offset?

also have people needed to take inner arch liners out??

cheers

Shouldnt be in the same sentence lol. 15s are the ultimate, 16s a compromise.

the correct offset is anything around ET 43 for a Mk1 172.

to be honest... i cant say that ive noticed much of a difference... but im sure someone will come along and say im talking bollox.

Ive had mine on for a while now lowered on dampers/spring kit, and it does track slightly more but i like the way it drives still.

but ooooh i dont have 15s i must be the anti-christ:p
