Ring 09

Hi, over the Easter weekend i went to the ring with my dad in his tt.

We set some decent times and felt we really gave the tt a good run out.

Here are some pro pics of me driving.

I love the last one, nearly got the barge to c**k its rear leg, no doubt my 182 would.

Stayed at the hotel next attached to the Pisstenclause called the Tallagarden (i think!!), it is owned by Sabenes mother. Was very cool that I saw sabene at breakfast and had a chat over the bacon!!!

The TT was spot on, did 12 laps and felt ready to do another 100!

Just in process of planning next trip in August, maybe in an r26!

We also stayed at Tiergarten but it was the building up near the castle by Burgstube.

Was a nice room but Germans do love a rock hard bed!

Apparently the food has gone down hill in Pistonklause

We don't tend to do the PK anymore due to the prices, however the steak is still the same old steak. I could tell you some much more reasonable places to eat though.

It all depends if you are staying in Nurburg and don't mind a trek down to Adenau in the evening. Taxi is 15 euros each way.

It was the first track I ever drove on two years ago. Since i ve done Croft and the Ring again, looking to either do the ring again or a track weekend taking in two or three tracks.

Food in the pisstenklause was good, but we went next door to the Lindtoft and that was just as good but half price!! Think we will stay at the lindtoft next time.

I like Adenau, we stayed at the Blue ecke.

If my spelling is totally wrong sorry but cant be vothered looking up the German!
