Ok, I really do not get this!

Just been to the Liverpool Victoria site for a quote (my insurance is up next month anyway) and it clearly says the following >>>

We cannot insure:

Motor cycles, vans, pick ups, minibuses.
Cars which have not been manufactured for the UK market e.g. Japanese imports.
Cars which have performance enhancing modifications.
Cars which are used abroad for more than 180 consecutive days.
Cars which are in excess of £100,000 in value.
Cars that are registered and normally kept outside of mainland United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Drivers outside the age range of 17 and 79.
You, if you live in Northern Ireland.
Non mainland UK residents.

Now forgive me for being stupid but...

Thanks Cliors99, costs for the development were a bit high, but the actual finished product will be available in the new year and the price will be made available then.

Timings havent been done yet but they will be posted when weve got it all done :)

If you dont mind me asking, what are we talking here? 2k, 3k, 4k? I presume you should recoup some of that when you offer the kit next year?

those tuning..ahem..cough.."gods" prima do the tbs for £2995 so maybe somewhere around this figure eh?

Soz guys, but Im not going to start saying figures, cos I know what it can be like round here and if I say one rough figure now, if its higher than that figure when it comes out ill have people jumping on me

Prima.... Ha! dont make me laugh..... last time I talked to someone about their kit I was informed by a reliable source that they didnt have any manifolds available at the time... and from when I was speaking to them ages ago they couldnt tell me any decent power figures..... the guy said... "oh.... maybe 200 if youre lucky..." - pants!
