nice thought, just a bit problomatic!!put it further into the engine, then replace fog with cold air feed dude? and engine needs cold air to produce a better spark. its not that the air is heated slightly on its way in, thats not the issue with induction kits, the problem is that they suck the warm air which is around it. cold air is slightly thinner and produces a better spark, hense why a heatsheild is needed!!the colder the air, the better the spark, hense why your car runs bit nippier/quicker at night?!
