Thanks again for all the comments guys It's not it's a second car I have an auris hybrid from work.. Which is slow as s**t but amazing on fuel!!!

So I got bored the other day and decided to make myself some 'facelift' headlights for now

After with some satin black to keep the OEM look

Really pleased with the outcome you would almost never be able to tell unless you knew what to look for that they weren't OEM

Anyway back to the build.. Second decat pipe arrived.. Here's the whole system layed out ready..!

Fluids .. Ordered from
Opieoils 12-1pm and arrived on my doorstep at 730am the next day..! Amazing service

Got other stuff like a braided fuel damper deletion pipe, fuel filter, dizzy, rotor arm, NGK grade 7 plugs.. Etc boring stuff but good to have new so hopefully won't encounter any problems when it's in

And a quick cheeky mock up of the intercooler pipework.. Cause I couldn't resist.. Will have it all welded up when the car is running

So this started happening..

Assembling the new exhaust and quick test fit

And with the help from Josh42 and Rich.2211 we managed to get the engine out

I have the exact same controller in my mk1 focus rs, quality bit of kit nice and easy to use!! Pretty damn easy to install aswell

So engine has gone back in! with the help of Rich.2211 and Josh42

we started out on a rather wet day.. so the gazebo went up!

for anyone reading wishing to go NA/T when your engine is out make sure you swap this bolt around (Rich.2211 practicing his hand modelling skills here)

and then it should look like this after otherwise it catches on the oil return and its a right PITA when the engine is in..

again rich pointing out the Spec clutch in case you'd missed it haha!!!

New system fitted

Injectors and turbo mounted.. Looking the part now!

Oil feed and intercooler pipework making

Lyndon came round to fit the E-manage Ultimate

Filter and half of the pipework done.. Although I have since changed the intake pipework for two 45 degrees

Like so and that's how she stands.. With all the pipework done now.. Not much to do.. Gotta fit a new fuel filter and damper delete and get fluids in!

This was a pain in the ass!!! Had to put a new line in as the old one was stuck on!

New filter + damper delete

New power steering fluid.. Turning the wheel whilst joe tops up the fluid!

I have a titanium one on order it's not arrived yet so I think I'm going to heat wrap the intake temporarily.. Unfortunately the boost logic intake manifold is about £1k.. So some saving is needed first

Yep here's me! Covered in oil.. I have cuts all up both arms.. This best work when I turn the key (filled with confidence haha)

Sweet, HKS is top of the list, closely followed by a Fujitsubo system that I like. That s15 looks SO clean.
