Ah, so this is what's been plastered all over my facebook recently!

Looks very nice, bet you're pleased to have got a cage in it finally!

Very nice. One question tho do you think having it orange will keep catching you eye as you drive? I always wonder about this even when they are white.

Also could you give me a ballpark figure what you paid to have it fitted?

Mines kawasaki green and you don't notice it when our in the car.

Regarding the paint, I'd spray the areas needed with White and orange and then see how it turns out about relaqurering it all, you might be lucky

I don't know the final price yet, Danny will let me know the damage tomorrow ;)

Not sure what you mean about it catching your eye

That's what I had in mind, just wasn't sure if there's a better way.

I'll mask off as much of the orange cage bit as I can, so I only overlap a tiny bit.

No no, don't mask off any of the cage or you'll have uneven paint levels - blend it, blow over as much as you like then laquer laquer laquer! Obviously mask off the inside panels as much as possible, though! lol

Picked it up today, super happy with it! For a kit, it needed a shed load of work to make it fit, like taking an inch off the height of the whole cage, shortening some of the bars down by two inches!

Nonetheless, Danny did an awesome job. I'll get some good pics up soon, but I'm just touching up the areas that had the paint stripped.

Watch this space :)

Mig I believe.

Thanks Chris. Hope to finish all the tidying up today. I've masked off bits like I said, I know it wont be perfect, but for the interior I'm not too fussed. Anything is better than an bare weld.

i should start charging for this service lol

All done :) Well just the major joints on view.

Hope to go out late this evening for some shots, more light painting practice.

Nay, its classy and purposeful at the moment. Orange badges will make is tarty and in your face. IMO

lol, well that's unanimous! :)

Cheers, better pics tomorrow I hope. I haven't done any car photography for a while, so it's mainly curing an itch.
