Rolling on 17s? READ THIS!

after years of crashing around, I decided to stick a few PSi in the tyres

was told 30 all round by two tyre garages


BEFORE: 30ps all round (but usually 28 when i check them). Front always looked flat and banged thro potholes (big fat engine?)


AFTER: 32 F, 30 R


so, so, so much better

Allways thought you should pressure your wheels to what it tells you on the door, regardless of size.

user-friendly version - put a bit more air in front tyres - MASSIVE improvement!



minor wheel/tyre change, yes, look in handbook/door,

but not stoopid - wheel/tyre combo COMPLETELY different from 185/55x15 to 205/40x17. If you want to be technical, about 20% less air by volume in the latter
