romoving rear plastics,

i just went to remove the rear plastics and notices that theres nothing holding the roof lining on? if i take them off will it come down?

also the seat belt things at the back, how do i take them out, also struggeling with the rear black bar?

roof liner is glued on, it wont fall even if you remove the hand rail thingies, the seatbelts are just held in with torx bolts, you have to fiddle with the belts to get them through the plastic trim at the rear tho

what have you tried so far for the bar??

just my ratchet and loads of wd40, got one bolt out but the other one wont move,

try some rust eating fluid like kurust, soak a piece of kitchen towel in it and wrap it round to soak the thread, that might help, failing that, you might have to resort to drilling it out

well i went through 2 cans of wd40, lol

how do i drill the fucker out? Thinking of taking it to my local garage, the should be able to do it?

Like I said on your other thread I popped the little barstewards head off [bolt] it soon came off! lol

Oh and you will need a breaker bar not a ratchet for extra force.

You need a torx set to do the interior.

Take the roof lining out!

i cant do that coz im keepint the front plastics in,

i have a torx set already, came with the car, how can i pop its head off(so to speak) :rasp:

depends how far the bolt is out, you might be able to saw it off, you might be able to get a dremmel tool in there and grind the head off

Get a Breaker bar for your socket.... You can get it from your local Halfords or Machinemart.

Or... If your a pikey use your wheel nut remover bar with extendable arm [£5 from your local cheepo place]

already have one, still no joy, thinking of just cutting the f*****s head off lol
