Rough sound from engine bay under hard accelaration!

Kind of a knocking, spluttering sound at different RPM. sorry for the vague explanation but its the only way 2 explain it. Sounds a little lyk a clutch judder if that makes sense :/

does it only happen in 1st and 2nd? I think i have the same problem, but i'm baffled as to what mine is! I'm booked in at Birchdown on Monday so i'll see what they say.

I have a similar issue in my 172, Only happens when you really give it some, Sounds like a heat shield or mounting of some kind to me but i cant find the issue!!

upper gearbox mount worn or the stud is loose. and it makes the exhaust rub the subframe

Yeah mostly 1st Nd 2nd when it makes the noise, i cant figure it out

No idea matey I didn't bother getting them sorted. Best to get advice off someone else on here!
