Router port forwarding for Belkin router online gaming

Hi guys, hope someone can help me. having trouble running a network game for fooball manager. ive set the game settings correctly, and followed all internet guides for the game. but where im having trouble is with the ports. Ive set to ports forward for my router that are required but when i check on whatsmyip.org its showing status as time out. any ideas what I can do to resolve this?

Doesn't sound like you've forwarded the correct ports and/or used the wrong static IP.

Thats what I thought , checked all the correct port numbers a few times all seem ok.
Done this for 3 or 4 diiferent games already so carnt understand why. its just the windows firewall to

You'll need to set it in the router too I'd imagine
