RS Oil Question... Help needed!!

So... which oil is best, where do i get it from and how much will I need?

Just over 5L , any so long as it's 5/40 fully synthetic.

i just paid £37 ex vat for Silkoline Pro S 5w40 Fully synth.

I've got silkolene pro s 5w-40 fully synth in mine at the moment . From http://www.opieoils.co.uk/performance_lubricants/silkolene.aspx

There was a special offer on a few weeks ago . Something like 5litres for £36 delivered iirc .

5L is fine, ALL Rsport cars (Megane225, clio sport, clio V6) ALL RUN 5W40 oil

Just spoken to reg Vardy who would only knock 30 quid off the service. They use 10w-40...

i've got piper cams and run mine on a mix of treacle & sewing machine oil,you wouldnt know it was running

Thats on a dry engine ie when Renault built it.

5-40 or 10-40 is fine.
5-540 protects down to -30 or somehting 10-40 protects down to -20 or somehting like that so 5-40 is better but not truely essential.
