hi can any one tel me how to get the seats out of my 172 had a little look today but it dont look as easy as it sounds

4 x 13mm nuts, you have to go under the car to get at them (2 are under rubber plugs)

4 x 13mm nuts, you have to go under the car to get at them (2 are under rubber plugs)

Its actuly five Fred. Two on the out side and three on the inside.

You need to remove the plastic cowling with a star key tool first. Then un plug wires and wip them out. easy peasy. You will also need to remove your seat belf mount which is a single star screw bolt.

I did mine like the other day and im sure it was five bolts? oh well I must of been un-doing something else he he :-/

If your just removing seat then its 5. :rasp:
