rs tuner help required

Looking for some help i heve purchased a used rs tuner i have plugged it into my laptop and downloaded device drivers and i can see it in the devices on my laptop but i was never given the page where you agree to terms etc so basicaly i have device installed but cant use it any help would be much appriciated.

Don't you need to also purchase a license for your vehicle? As you said you bought it used, it will be locked to the previous vehicle it was used on.

It will still connect to the car, just no tell time data or calibration read/writing. Uninstall the software and reinstall.
