Rs tuner problem

Hi all I have purchased a second hand Rs tuner. But my laptop with windows 7 won't down load the firm ware can any 1 help me with this. Also any 1 know how long it takes for henk to reply its been 2 days lol

henk is usually pretty quick.

have you got the latest RS tuner software installed on your laptop?

I have the latest Rs tuner programme just won't upload the firm ware it's days somthing about it needs the right driver. Do you know what his email address is maybe I have the wrong 1

I would've thought Adobe Reader wasn't the correct software to open the file....

lol, as above go to the "about" button up the top of the RS Tuner program, it will bring up a new window, select the "update firmware" button and point it to the file you downloaded and it will update it
