Stay silver!!!
There is no law that says this.I am gonna have to lower it.
There is no law that says this.
Sleeper effect would be to stiffen up at standard ride height.
Eibach pro lines will no doubt be perfect without being obvious.
You could probably get good results from uprated roll bars to be fair.
There's more to suspension that dampers and springs
Konis are bright yellow aren't they? Or orange for some of their shocks
Changing the shocks and using the standard springs won't work well IMO.
I've seen uprated rears, but for fronts I could look to the Mazda 3 MPS as that should bolt straight on (and be stiffer i'd have thought)
Will they alone be enough do you think or shall I use that as a starting point and see how it goes after that.
B6's are designed for use with OE springs, B8's for lowering. Yes, they are Yellow but not seen usually (and wouldn't take lokg to paint black anyway!)
I couldn't if i tried.Don't go painting the wheels. It's not that type of car.
Yeah, less than £200 a set and the difference they made was huge.@JCC VFM? Value for money I assume?
What you did there, I see it.I couldn't if i tried.
Bits that people see from outside should look normal. Anything else doesn't really matter!
30mm drop on eibachs will be barely noticeable to 99% of the population and work very well, especially with some decent shocks. Car looks great!
Where did you get the pipe work from Chris?
I fancied a set of those pipes for my old S60 T5 but the price made me want to cry.
You must be a few grand into this now?
Love this. What does it average MPG wise?
Intercooler route is a bit different..lol
Heat rises though, so it stays pretty cool, that's the standard pipework route. Also it's pre intercooler so doesn't really matter. I've checked and my intake temps are nice and low (last time i checked it was 6 degrees ambient and 9 degrees intake, so working well!)I just meant it running along the sump and snug between the gearbox. Nice warm route..lol
