Safari Pausing??

Does anybody else's MBP or whatever sometimes refuse to load up a page on Safari?

I get it loads. I will, for example, click on ClioSport.net and it will refuse to load and just go to a blank screen whilst trying to load up.
I then wont be able to access the site for about 5-10 minutes.

This happens on various websites, Facebook, CS, Skysports, my Uni login, so it's not just a forum problem.

Any fixes for this?
