Safe to cut down door loom?

I have fitted polycarbs all round and have also removed the stereo and electric mirrors so now have a number of plugs and loom flapping around.

I know I need to keep the airbag on/off switch connected but am I safe cutting everything else out?

Yes, simply unplug the whole loom that connects from the door to the shell itself.

Also regarding the airbag loom, turn it off, then remove the airbag from under the top part of the dash. Easy job.
Can I cut the loom down though just leaving the central locking?

I've already removed the airbag. When I then left the on/off unplugged, I got an open circuit error.

Ah right my bad, yeah as Phil said just cut the stuff out you dont need.

Also I wouldnt worry about an open circuit error with regards to the airbag system, as long as you have all the airbag etc removed then it'll only be the light on the dash that will be on.
