Hi guys, this is my first post so be nice.

I got sat nav as a birthday presents last week, which is fine, the problem is i need to plug it into my cig lighter socket for it to work, but my socket is not working proply. is there any kind of external battery i can get for it? a one that i could charege up in the house and just run it from that?

why dont you hardwire it straight into the car?
