Id say the Clio slightly due to less equipment and smaller engine.

Guessing he wants to race a VTR. A VTR will just shade an RT from my experience but will be away in the twisties, assuming both are standard.
na my mate recons my car is heaver than is so i just wanna get things stright so i know whats what but leave him have his moment lol
