Scanner/Diagnostic Fault codes - help

Connected the scanner to my ecu today, and have picked up on the following codes & faults:

95, circuit pedal sensor
257, throttle valve position sensor
267, O2 sensor after cat

Every now and then my car goes into 'fail-safe mode', and shows engine management light.

I have a decat... so that explains the 267 code, but the others... anyone?

Others may say worry i say dont they show up all the time on my car when i plug it in i clear them and its ok for ages and there is nothing wrong with my car

what do they relate to though mate... as the likes of 'circuit pedal sensor' is a bit vague... is it the pedal assembly, or the throttle body assembly??

do you get the management light on all the time too?

Sounds like your throttle bodys blocked up just needs cleaning.
