I had been playing around with the polish on the guenapig a week ago to see how good it is. Ive seen it used with a g220 with good results. Today i actually got some masking tape and did some 50/50's on the paint.
I used a Sonus SFX Applicator Pad, im overly excited by the pads and ill be getting some german applicators soon to replace them. Overall i think its a good polish. It does require patience and a lot of elbowgrease, which i think anyone can tell you. However, the end results are actually quite good, light swirrling scratches are removed but the quite deep scratched (which would polish out with a DA) wont shift by hand. After one of the 5050's i decided to use the polish lightly over the swirled side quite briefly. Suprisingly, some of the minor scratching had gone, although more work would be needed to get rid of the rest. Paintwork looks great once polished with Scratch X.
Please bear in mind the car has been taken through a carwash (by my mum not me) and has terrible swirling.
And on the rear quater -
Then i was attacked by an Alien !!!1
