I dont know of any websites that does screen savers but you could type in clio sport or 182 or what ever your looking for into google and when the page loads up click on images, there is a few pictures of sports clio's,

I have the Renault Sport "Clio" screen-saver, from the French Renault Sport website - not sure if you can get it any more as they changed the site in preparation for the 'new' Mark 3 one, I think?
