Speak to one of the specialists either GDi, K-tec or shed motorsport.
Sat in one of the GDi demo cars at the french car show an that was a hell of a lot lower than mine as std

I'm 6'5 and now I fit with a nice amount of headroom :)
The passenger seat is fitted normally and its slightly lower than standard. The drivers side subframe was modified somewhat

Nothing you can do really. Not worth butchering them up as you won't be able to return the car to standard. You need to either replace the drivers seat, or buy a bigger car. I opted to change the seats as I love the car.
1 Bucket seat and subframe will not cost that much and will improve your driving position by far.
