Seat Problem

I've just bought a 2001 1.2 Clio


However when I pull the passenger seat tilt mechanism forward it has no effect. I think the cable my have came loose or snapped.


Does any one have a step by step guide on how to fix this problem for someone who has no clue what they are doing and does not want to pay big money to get it fixed.

got the exact same problem on my drivers seat if you get someone or find a solution can you give me a shout
