Seats and belts ?

hi there just wondering my seatbelt tensioners have been set off so I know I need to get new ones but also my seats don't go back they slide back and forward but you can't adjust the back angle ? What I want to know is will they seats pass an mot with good pre tensioners or will I need new seats aswell also do the pretensioners clip to the side of the seats cause if I get bucket seats I know that harnesses won't pass an mot so if I get bucket seats do the seatbelt tensioners bolt to the car or seat if that makes sense
