Self service Garages?

Does anyone know of any self service garages in Sussex?
Or does anyone have a ramp that I can use for a couple of hours?

I need to fit my short shift kit, Powerflex dogbone on ze cup and some eibach prolines on my friends Ctr.

I've seen pitstart but central London is a massive pain in the arse to get to.
