How do you word a contract for an option to buy
what Ive got.......
Recieved the sum of £x as an option to buy a *** *** (said car) reg *** by ***(date) for a total price of £y
Failure to exercise the option to buy will result in the lost of the cost of the option.
Do I need to put the 2nd paragragh in, or is it alright with just the 1st paragragh.
