Serious rubbing and other bits

The car is lowered on cooksport springs. Firstly the drivers side seems to scrub on cornering hard, it didn't use to be as bad but now doing it all the time, I have also noticed that it sits closer to the arch than passenger side, any ideas ?

Snapped spring?

Have you had the car jacked up and the wheel off to inspect?

Only thing I can think of is either snapped spring or broken shock but its been through an MOT and a service and the scrubbing was there before them....... wouldn't be something id of thought they would have missed in all honesty.

Is the spring sitting in the correct position?
