Service help (5th service)

Guys I have no handbook for my car so I'm unsure what needs changed on this service.

The mileage of the car is 55,000 and it needs done in the next 1000 miles as the car has always been service early. This will be the 5th service so what needs done? My local garage quoted me £139 for the service as the car is out of warranty which is great however I don't fancy having my car go boom or run like a dog because it didn't get the correct parts replaced

Has it had the belts done within the last 5 years?

Belts are due in 2012 or with 75k on the clocks.

Thanks guys and Thanks plasticmorph last time I check the k-tec website they didn't have any 197 stuff up... plus I'm in Belfast so didn't think to check the website!!!
