Service parts

Hey folks.

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I couldn't find any definitive answers on the subject.

In readiness for buying a Mk3 DCi, I'm researching all about them.
Where do you guys go for service parts.
Bearing in mind the car is out of warranty, and I'll be doing it myself.
