should a 182 engine be slightly tappy?

when the bonnet is open and engine running, the engine sounds slightly tappy, is this normal or should it be very quiet? its the first bigger engined car ive owned, so i dont know how it should sound...

am just wondering incase the previous owner has cained its little nuts off

mines tapping from aux belt, the tensioner pully is on its way out so god dam expensive tho

A lot cheaper if you have it done in france

i do recommend GDi very highly for changing the aux belt, good on prices an you can literally just turn up but phone them first to check..
