like it says above, do i need to tell my insurance company if im changing my lowering springs for coilovers? Or is it just classed as a general suspension modification?

Cheers

Tell them, insurance companies will always try to find a way not to pay out there a business at the end of the day so just cover your own arse

Depends on insurance company. My insurers (Elephant) only want to know how far it's lowered, they don't even ask how you've done it.

  a low one
mine only put down on my insurance that the car had suspension modifications and asked no questions as to how or how low :) cost me £40
