Side Badges and Suede Seats!!

So im gonna get Middo to do my Side Badges... but I don't no how to get them off... I have tried pulling everything to the middle, but this doesn't seem to be working. Is there something holding them in place that I need to take off first. Also, my Seats are in pretty bad condition due to the last owner, have had some suede cleaner on them, and its working to a point, but is there a special way to get them furry and nice again?!

Lol, done it now, thanks to one of the guides I found, It can be slightly tricky getting the actually badges off the strips though... still need help on the seat suff though!
