side to side play in steering wheel if moved quickly idea?

stationary if you move wheel theres a slight bit of play before a stop so not sure what this could be ? any ideas done both lower ball joints and just had MOT

Track rod ends or track rods first port of call.

any way to test if nakerd ? or just change them easy job aswell guides etc?
