Sidelight removal help pllleeeaaassee

i cannot for the life of me get the sidelight bulb out of my 172 ff, i can take the rubber bung off the bak of the unit and remove the full beam bulb. i can see the sidelight and touch it but dont know wether it needs twisting or pulling.
I only wanna swap it for leds. :dapprove:

Like the man says pull it or use a very long thin screwdriver and carefully prise it out . Both methods have worked for me .

Just pull use a pair of long nose pliers

LOL, just grab the 2 wires as close the the holder as you can....and pull!

Done it millions of times.

Bit of wd40 in the gap. Connectors might have rusted a bit.

Wiggle the bulb out.
