Silly question about wheels

Hi,

Ok, so im thick but how do i get a 15" tyre put on a normal steel rim (As a spare)?

Basically i have only 4 alloys and i need a spare wheel (not alloy - just a steel rim) in case i get a puncture but everywhere online just has tyre prices.
If i phoned a garage, would they be able to supply a tyre on a steel rim?

Yes.............just make sure it fit the center correct

not many tyre companies would supply rims youd be best goin to a dealer 4 rim or to a scrap yard 4 rim then to a tyre co 4 a tyre fitted to it

for me it was cheaper to get an alloy wheel and tyre than it was to get a steel wheel which would fit and tyre...but then again Im in Africa...things are weird here
