Silver ph1 172 Coggeshall Sunday 3/10/10

Noticed 1 around the area a while back but on Sunday I saw this ph1 parked up in coggeshall (Essex) with standard wheels which were painted anthracite. Saw it at 3:30pm and then again on the way home at 10:30pm (hadn't moved :rasp
