Now thats a great deal. Are you a returning customer or at the end of your contract? So that took 3 attempts I kept getting disconnected from live chat.

Returning customer. My first year with sky ended in June this year. Now thats a great deal. Are you a returning customer or at the end of your contract?
You will get one mate.Cancelled ours just now. They came back initially with 40% off for 10 months, meaning it would be £52.80 instead of the £80 we currently pay.
Still went ahead and cancelled. Will check in on Friday 25th online and see if there's any offers.
Yeah, I'm thinking we will, judging by this thread. You will get one mate.
I was in the same boat mate, stick it out, its well worth it :smile:Yeah, I'm thinking we will, judging by this thread.
If we don't and I do go through with cancelling it, I won't be very popular. Haha!

Nice one mate@Christ Almighty
Went online tonight and got the offer pop up for 50%
Chatted online, and we got them to 60% off and £50 credit.
So that's the same package (full package with HD), down from £80 a month, to £32 a month!
Tried to get a tv out of the but they weren't having it (giving new customers who get the more expensive packages 43" 4K TV's!)
I had just tv, top package for £80 a month. Makes me cringe now knowing we paid so much for so long!Currently 20th in the queue...
Did you guys have just TV or TV, phone and internet? I have all of mine with them.
BT Sports (unwatchable on the BT Box - again - shite)
Tell me more about this problem, as BT Sport is (other than Motors TV), my main point of Motorsports so was gthinking of scrapping off Sky in favour of the BT top-package
OK, thanks fella.I have BT fibre unlimited yet can't watch HD or sport/anything online through my box due to connection issues. Can watch HD through my smart TV and stream through that or my Playstation without issues.
It might be better on the newer boxes but I'm not going into a new contract to find out.

But shouldn't you be paying £27.76 now then? Seems these sky people aren't good at maths.Well it worked for me I got 60% off my sky tv for a year and then I got £7.50 a month off my fibre broadband so all in from £69.40 down to £42.40 a month
Same as New Look, spent £100 yesterday and used my 30% discount code, it came to £80!But shouldn't you be paying £27.76 now then? Seems these sky people aren't good at maths.
Take the stuff back and get your £100 quid back mate, they scammed you!Same as New Look, spent £100 yesterday and used my 30% discount code, it came to £80!
I got £7.50 OFF my fibre that's why it's £40But shouldn't you be paying £27.76 now then? Seems these sky people aren't good at maths.
I've done that and I'm back on my BTHH. Wasn't sure if sky would work through that tomorrow or not.Sky Hub won't work if your line is still on BT, plug your BTHH back in until broadband switches over. Sky Q works with any router now
