Slimline fan

can anyone point me in the direction of one thatl sit nicely on a standard size radiator? 399 x 476, demon tweeks do one thats 280 but doesnt say how it mounts.

Do we use what the normal fan mounts to and just swap the fan? Ta

do you want one that sits in the shroud or something that mounts directly to the radiator?

Whatever is best, im going for a nissen rad which is a direct fit.

I have a set of twin 10" kenlowe fans blowing through my rad in a 'push' setup.

Most aftermarket rad fans can be mounted using the 'strap' method. They're just cable ties pretty much, and they pass through the fins on the core and are secured on the other side.

I'm on one of the golf rads mate, but no it's not a tight squeeze. They're much slimmer than the original.

That's a 524mm wide core. You'd be fine with a 12" fan tbf mate

Thats looks mint, its going on a supercharger build thats why i want the extra room. How difficult to fit the radiator?

Piece of piss mate. You just need someone that can ally weld mate to add the mounting pegs on the bottom of the rad.

That's how they come from kenlowe mate.

I had a tiny polo radiator and cheap £30 fan on my supercharged one and was spot on!

It was so long ago now, I got the fan second hand and I got the rad from eBay. Never had any heating issues

I would go as big as you can get away with, as boost will create heat

so you may get away with a 12 incher from kenlowe .....kinky

Wired in to the original wiring mate. I think I put it on a plug as well from memory.
