Slipping wheel

took my car out just and the left front wheel feels like it is slipping in stages rathar than the wheel just spinning and this is happening at low speeds too and just doesn't feel right any ideas ?

check the tread , mine does that sometimes

mine are too but it does slip occassionally due to lack of traction control and the weather conditions
