So who knows what this bit is

So took the shelf off under the engine today as had to change an engine mount and found this little sucker

Now I know its not my flux capacitor as I can still reach 88mph and the car runs fine. Just interested to see if anyone has an idea as to wtf this is?

Looks like the rear air box mount.

Should have one at the front and the back.

It sure is Gaz, Joins there and the rubber bush goes into the air box

Changed the third pic. Still the same opinion?

Look at the back of your air box and you will see if yours is missing or not.

As Gaz has said this is the part that joins on the ECU bracket and then onto your air box
