Some Advice & Input

As some people know the car is off the road and I'm cleaning and changing parts here and there.

Im wondering now what to do with my arches as in the picture below.

If i take off all the arch liners and clean them up I'm wondering what to do, should i -

A) Spray them red again ?
B) Spray them black ?
C) Under Seal them black ?

Im thinking if i spray it black I'm best just to under seal it and then it means its protected.

The whole car has been undersealed with the back arches done and sills along with the back of the side skirts.

Its just the fronts

As you can see from here i have ripped the lot out and blew it with an airline and cleaned it as much as i can.

Im going back town tonight to mask up all the suspension and things and then its getting it with black underseal.
