Something Missing In My Engine?

I noticed this a while back but I am in the process of fitting an induction kit at the moment and I keep noticing it...

Look to the top right of the engine bay, just to the left of the PAS fluid tank.

There are two screws and what looks like a plugged pipe just below in between the screws.

Does anyone know if there's meant to be something there, or if its for a higher spec model or something? Mine is a 1.2 8v.

But seriously though, I think thats where the PAS goes .. I'm presuming yours has full-fat non assisted steering ? :rasp:

ive got the same engine as yours mate and iirc thats how mine looks, so i wouldnt worry about it, or otherwise we have both got something missing
