somethings open dashboard light

when ive benn driving for about 10 minutes this light will come on and off frequently.

is there any way to disconnect it as ive checked the doors boot and bonnet to make sure there shut?

also the alarm went off at 2 30am yesterday can this cause it?

Could possibly have caused the alarm to go off. Don't know though as your ignition wouldn't have been on, so don't know if it still has the switch sensor activated with the ignition off.
Also if a door is "open" iirc it won't let you lock it.
