Sony 9900 head unit

anyone got one/had experience with one.

seriously considering one but i want to hear FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED/HAVE ONE. what have u found good/bad about it and are u happy with it?

any pics with the clip on cover on would be appreciated. Also, ive got a sony at the moment, would the steering control adapter be the same one?

Dont suggest others please peeps.

I have one currently.

Quality is very good and clip on cover is just a plastic case that sticks out quite a bit.

I am happy with it .

how does it play with mp3s?

Is there a gap in between each mp3 track? like previous sony models!

(the gaps were about a second long) 1 second too long!

Didnt bother with the control lead although i am sure one is available.

I bought the additional remote control

its the only thing putting me off at the mo. and is it just the normal Sony stalk control cable for the Reno wheel controls?

I paid £379 but it is now lower at about £349

Will do a picture at the weekend as the car hibernates during the week in the garage.



The stereo itself does stick out due to the tft screen and the plastic cover is very basic looking and just covers it over.
