Sony Headunit & JBL in a 182

Brokered a deal to get my Sony CDMP40 headunit back to put in my 182, along with the JBL GT0526e's, which was in my old clio I sold to a family friend.

Just come fit the Headunit, after getting the standard one out, I slide the Sony one in to the hole in the dash and its a piss fit, how to I get it retain itself.....do I have to unscrew the retaining spring plates from the Cabbase headunit? Or do I need a mounting cage?

Also does anyone know where I can get some Renault to JBL speaker interconnects? I have heard about them, as they save cutting the looms etc which run to the speakers to put the JBL's in. Any ideas?

Yep, you'll need a mounting cage.

Wish i'd known about them before I did mine but oh well, will be using them next time.
