Hi all.
I'm another noob to RS, and am picking up a 2005 182 on Saturday. I walk to work so the missus will be using it daily for a short commute. Hope she likes it! Like to think I got a good one. 2 owners, last owner being for 7 years.
Just wanted something to enjoy while driving instead of a Corsa 1.2!
I'm sure once I get the keys I'll be on here sourcing answers for bits and bobs.

Hope your missus is better at looking after your car than mine was the other day ( I don't usually let her drive my car ) but had to lend her it with great regret !!! £278 damage later .... Told me she had forgotten about the car being low with carbonfibre splitter fitted whilst parking - the rest i'll let you imagine !!! Needless to say i'm now on my 3rd marriage ...

As for your misses driving?? you are a brave lad lol they are cracking cars you can really throw them about

the exhaust standard are s**te on these so a new one would be good and the exhaust mounts are also crap!

Yea maybe an idea, takes a little time to get used to clutch etc After driving mine for while i'll jump into the wifes Ibiza and slam my foot through floor panel & expect the brakes to be responsive...!!

Just stalled it reversing in to the drive and it took ages to start back up again? Is there a knack to it??! Or have I bought a pup! ; (

Hi mate, ive never stalled mine so can't help.. JK no knack im aware of.. Is there plenty of fuel? Im new here too, im sure an expert will be along shortly. .

Spoke to owner. She said to turn key, let computer etc do its thing then start it. Fingers crossed that's all ; )
