Sorry....FAO 182 owners.

When your car is up to normal operating temp where does the needle sit? My wifes car (to me) seems to run a little hot. The needle sits just above middle once in that position it never moves even if you push on or when the fan comes on it never moves up or down? Her 172 always sat below the middle and when I took it on track it would move a little higher then the fans would come on and it would drop back to the lower position. I am loath to take it to Renault and have their gimps take it out for a temp check!

Ive noticed the needle never goes down to the bottom of the guage anyway, its slightly out, hence it sits just above half.

Mine usually sits just above as it always did on my 172, but recently with the cold weather its been sitting just under half way.
