Turbos.
Was at Spa yesterday. Should have known what i was in for by looking in the hotel car park...
Arriving at circuit, it was Pure GT in attendance, giving further proof that a GT3 is the Mondeo of track days!
Personally, not a fan of the new 997.2 RS graphics, so think i'd opt for the standard GT3.
Love the old ones too though...
And it wasn't just Porsches. One of three CSLs...
I always see this guy on track days... and love his plate!
A few locals too, and there were even Formula Renaults on track with us!
But i drooled over this Callaway Corvette the most which had a cage/APs/Motons and all sorts... it was a beast.
We had rented an Exige 260 Cup. It was alright but LHD was irritating. Noticeably quicker than a standard Exige S i drove just a week earlier at least.
The car was hired through RSR, who were also hiring a 211, M3, and GT3 to name a few. The Porsche blew it's head gasket though!
Anyway, not a bad day, but wish it was wet as i need the practice for when i'm back at the end of the month!
