Space Saver On 172 Cup (2003)

  Lotus Elise S2 111S
Hi all.

Could you please tell me if there is a space saver wheel available for the above vehicle? Or do you have to use a normal alloy.

I don't own my 182 anymore sadly, but a friend has just bought a 2003 172 cup without a spare.

Any links to anything suitable (and cheap!) would be great.

I don't own a sport but I'm pretty sure the 182s come with a can of tyre foam stuff because the exhaust system goes where the spare wheel well would be

the 172 come with a spare and In my standard clio it has a 15" steel wheel and I'm sure if you wanted to you could put a 15" alloy in. Not sure about a 16" tho

They have foam not a spare.

i've a spare Turini in mine; it's had both 205 and 195 tyres on it, and they'll both fit in the well

not sure if you can get space savers; 15" steel's probably the lightest bet if not

I've not found anywhere to get a 15" inch space saver for the 172.

I had a normal 16" 172 alloy in my wheel well and although it fitted width ways fine, it wasn't quite deep enough for the boot to sit completely flat, not a lot in it but used to irritate me lol
